Pick an element, draw a world, then destroy it!

Discoveries

How to play

  1. Build. Pick something from Elements and drag on the world to draw with it. Sand piles up, water flows, and gases float or sink, just like in real life. Can't find something? Type in the Find box. It knows chemical symbols too, like Na or H2O.
  2. Or use ready-made objects. The Objects tab has houses, trees, a castle, a volcano, a rocket, people and more. Click the world to drop one onto the ground (hold Shift to place it exactly). Autobuild builds a whole world for you.
  3. Watch the science. Things melt, boil, freeze, burn, grow and react. Hover over anything, or use Look on a touch screen, to see what it is and how hot it is. Heat view shows temperatures like a thermal camera.
  4. Destroy! The Destruction cabinet has fire, lasers, lightning, earthquakes and nine kinds of bomb. Bombs go off On impact, or flip the switch to Timer to watch them count down first.
  5. Rewind. Undo takes back your last move. Fix it! brings back what you drew before the destruction, so you can wreck it a different way.
  6. Discover. Every new reaction you cause adds a Discovery to your journal, with the real science behind it. Can you find them all?

The dangerous experiments here are only safe inside the game. Never try them for real.
